I am a multi-talented graphics designer from Sarasota, FL. On this journal, you will find information regarding my work history, education, and a brief overview of my knowledge. I have over 7 years of graphics design, project management, and I have been working with websites for quite some time. I taught myself numerous design fundamentals to a professional level over 7 years experience. In a list, these fundamentals are typography, color harmony, branding, logo design, clothing, print, stationary, website layout design, and application design. I am a very innovative person with many advanced ideas. The greatest value came from how to take the innovative and chaotic ideas swirling around in my head and turn them into strong, clear concepts with distinct and bold messages.

Once again JkayGFX strikes again, Ceyhun Karabagli aka JJ D.B.A JkayGFX residing at 5920 36th ST W APT K101, Bradenton, Florida 34210 with phone number/voicemail if your one of his already ripped off customers of 941-580-2355.

Mr. Karabagli once again signed into physical contract to do a complete web design package. While we were skeptical to make payment in full due to his prior dealings we went ahead and air mailed him payment in full via bank check (Mr. Karabagli no longer accepts PayPal due to the PayPal dispute option) which was recieved by him and subsequently cashed. Several deadlines were exceeded followed by excuses and promises.

Unlike the typical 18, 19, 20 yr old gamers that Mr. Karabagli has dealt with/scammed, this time he has scammed a corporation that not only has legal counsel, but the financial backing to ensure that both civil AND criminal charges are pursued.

For those of you reading this and yes for you too Mr. Karabagli, dealings which involve a monetary payment fall into the Scheme to Defraud section of both the Florida Penal Law; as well as; under federal criminal charges for transactions that cross state borders both via the internet and US postal mail.

Hello,

My names is James Thomas I own Cyber League Gaming.com and Battle Conflict.com, The templates you have on your site are owned by me and my partners in full. Jeromedia has given us a letter of sale that state he did or has never sold or given any else access or permission to use or have any of the psd files from the FragBattles Templates collection he design for us.
I have to advise you to stop using these files immediately or CLG and Red Bull will be forced to file charges that could resalt in finance losses and owning all rights to PremiumBattles and all assets. I will give 48 hours to take the files down after 48 hours if nothing has been done we will start file a law suit.
